Requirements:
- The candidate must be a graduate and should have presentation skills, be adept in customer support, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
- The candidate should be skilled in managing client calls, understanding issues, and offering solutions.
- Must have practical experience in creating Excel dashboards and a basic understanding of using formulas in Excel.
- Experience in Customer Support in medical billing is preferred.
