Requirements:

  1. The candidate must be a graduate and should have presentation skills, be adept in customer support, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
  2. The candidate should be skilled in managing client calls, understanding issues, and offering solutions.
  3. Must have practical experience in creating Excel dashboards and a basic understanding of using formulas in Excel.
  4. Experience in Customer Support in medical billing is preferred.
