Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) — from awareness to conversion — targeting patients, caregivers, and healthcare consumers.
  • Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max with a focus on ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy covering keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and link-building to rank for high-intent healthcare queries.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily using Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console — turning data into clear action plans.
  • Produce monthly and weekly performance reports with insights, KPI tracking, and strategic recommendations for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure all digital assets are on-brand, compliant with healthcare marketing standards, and audience-appropriate.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities in the healthcare digital landscape.
  • Stay current with platform algorithm updates, healthcare marketing regulations, and emerging digital trends to keep our strategy sharp and compliant.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Proven Meta Ads Manager expertise with measurable results
  • Google Ads certified or equivalent proficiency
  • Deep SEO knowledge — on-page, off-page & technical
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 & Search Console
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English & Urdu

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industry marketing
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Knowledge of patient privacy & healthcare ad guidelines
  • Basic understanding of HTML / landing page CRO
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Portfolio of past campaign results / case studies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a strong advantage
